Vikentios Nikolaos was born in Agios Petros, where he resides. He is a self-employed electrician. He has served as community board president of Agios Petros and deputy-mayor of the former municipality of Apollonion. He is a board member of TEDK of Lefkada. Currently he is serving as city council of the municipality of Lefkada.
