Kolivas Evlambios (Babis) was born and raised in Nikiana, Lefkada where he resides. He has a degree from the technological school of mechanical and electrical engineering. From 1985 until 2018 he worked at the National Bank of Greece. In 2012 he became a board member of the Business Association and Protection of the Environment of Nikiana. He is married to Mrs. Ioanna Kavvada with whom he has three children.
